Mr. Koury joined Pentair in 2003 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Pentair he was Vice President, Human Resources for Limited Brands' Victoria's Secret unit from 2000-2003. Previously, Mr. Koury was employed by PepsiCo Inc. for 15 years from 1985-2000, where he held a series of progressively responsible Human Resource leadership positions. He began his business career with The Chase Manhattan bank in New York.
Mr. Koury received a bachelor of science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a member of the Human Resource Policy Association, and serves on the Executive Development Center Advisory Board and Human Resources Executive Council of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
