Mr. Ainsworth joined Pentair as General Counsel in 1997. Prior to Pentair, he served as Pentair's counsel in the law firm of Henson & Efron. Mr. Ainsworth graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law and summa cum laude from Seattle University>, where he earned a bachelor's degree in French.
