Grinder Rail Adapter

RETROFIT EXISTING GRINDER PUMP

The Pentair® Grinder Rail Adapter allows a Pentair® Grinder Pump to mount to the existing Liberty Pumps® GR20 Rail System. The adapter helps avoid the time and expense of removing and replacing the current guide rail from the existing lift station.
Pentair Grinder Rail Adapter is compatible with all Pentair 2HP Grinder Pumps featuring Patented Axial Cutter Technology. These pumps are engineered to slice debris and help avoid clogs that can develop in sewer systems.

Overview

Pentair Myers V-Series Grinder Pumps and Pentair Hydromatic HV Series Grinder Pumps feature a patented axial cutter technology that easily slices through solids and trash found in domestic wastewater without roping or clogging. If you want to upgrade your existing Liberty Pump to a Pentair Grinder Pump with axial cutter technology, the Pentair Grinder Rail Adapter removes a big hurdle to convert a 1.25" vertical discharge to a horizontal. The new adapter is compatible with all Pentair 2HP Grinder Pumps featuring patented axial cutter technology and comes with a mating flange, a sealing grommet, and a built-in check valve.
