Installation & Maintenance
Installation Tips
- Choose a mounting location suitable to support the full weight of the system when operating.
- Install vertically with the filter hanging down.
- System may be installed with the filter flush to the baseboard if desired as the mechanical assist lever pushes filters straight out.
Operation Tips
- Replace filter every 5,000 gallons or 6 months (or if flow has diminished).
- System is designed with integrated check valves so the cold water line does not need to be shut off to perform filter change-outs.
Filter Replacement
Save time and effort with quick-change, click-in filters. Filter changes can be completed within seconds, with no need to shut off the water supply.
Replace the filter every 6 months or 5,000 gallons (or if flow has diminished). To change the filter, simply flip the filter cover open, pull out the old filter, click the new one in (making sure the triangle on the label is aligned with the diamond on the cover), and snap the cover closed.
