Connecting the IntelliCenter® Pool Control System to the Pentair Pool App

Instructions for Adding your IntelliCenter® System
to the Pentair Pool App

1. Go to the IntelliCenter Outside Control Panel Touch Screen:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Pentair User Portal > Add New Account.
  2. Enter your Pentair Pool app account email and password.
  3. Confirm login is successful.
2. View IntelliCenter Account on Pentair Pool App:
  1. Install the latest version of the Pentair Pool app.
  2. Log out of the Pentair Pool app and then log in again.
  3. View the IntelliCenter system on the Dashboard or select it from the “Pools” screen.
3. Success! You have connected the IntelliCenter device to your Pentair Pool app account

This change only applies to new accounts created on or after August 21, 2024.
